TAHA BIOTECH is a technology developer, transferor and investor in medical devices and biotechnology. Since 2011, TAHA has been collaborating with different universities and companies for strain development and fermentation processes which resulted in several gene-to-market and enzymes projects for local market. Since 2016, TAHA has allocated more investment on self-monitoring of blood glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides systems in international collaboration projects. Considering competitive costs, excellent quality and variety of products, we are trying to get a remarkable share of local market as well as targeting regional and international markets.

Biotechnology

  1. 1
    Detergent Enzymes

Household detergents remove a broad range of stains from fiber surfaces. Water soluble stains are easily removed during washing. There are other stains which are removed by surfactants and other chemical elements of washing detergents. Detergent enzymes are active at the pH 7 to 11 and temperatures up to 60oC which are normal washing conditions. They also are compatible with other chemical detergent components and enzymes.

  2. 2
    Bioethanol Production
  3. 3
    Acetylcholinesterase

    SOURCE: Drosophila melanogaster (Recombinant)
    Appearance: Powder
    EFFICIENT pH RANGE: 6.5 ~ 8
    EFFICIENT TEMPERATURE RANGE: 30 ~ 50 oC
    ACTIVITY: 400,000 U/g
STORAGE CONDITION: 4 oC in closed vials
SHELF LIFE: 24 Months in closed vials

  4. 4
    Microbial Strains

TAHA develops strains for different purposes specially producing industrial enzymes in Bacillus sp., Pichia Pastoris and Hansenula polymorpha with production yields of target proteins.
