According protein application, parameters such as media components and fermentation conditions (pH, temperature, agitation speed and style, feeding and induction regime) are optimized. We use parallel fomenters to consider several parameters and their interactions simultaneously. In this way, the optimization of fermentation process would take 1 to 2 months.
